Should you experience trouble with a device itself (e.g., keyboard not typing, screen is blank, trackpad not responding) or you can't log into a Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas, Classlink, etc.), please first restart the device. Usually a restart can be forced by holding down the power button for ~10 seconds, then pressing it again to power the device back on.
